Within Dell Partner E2E, I co-shaped the program structure, strategic pillars and roadmap with Strategy, Business and Partner leads, while advising where roughly 20 designers should focus — where to increase seniority, where to concentrate effort and what to pause.

Make Design impact visible.

I initiated an exploratory UX measurement framework connecting product quality, design engagement, team health and stakeholder relationships — designed to support prioritization, track improvement and report clearly to leadership.

Influence systems beyond my own team.

I led the accessibility audit that identified WCAG AA contrast gaps in Salesforce Lightning, then worked directly with Salesforce teams. Contrast improvements were released globally in Summer ’23. See Salesforce accessibility update ↗

Alongside product leadership, I created Dell’s first EMEA Design Week, co-led mentorship initiatives and teach UX/UI, research, accessibility and communication in master’s programs.

I’m most useful when the problem is bigger than the screen.

My career moved from visual design and front-end collaboration into product design, research, enterprise platforms and design leadership. I’m drawn to environments where products have grown separately, ownership is fragmented and Design can create both customer and organizational clarity.

Most recently I led strategic Partner Experience work at Dell Technologies at Senior Principal level. I also teach and mentor because making complex ideas clearer — and helping people become stronger and more confident — is part of how I lead.
